Shipping FAQ

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders ship via USPS within 2-3 business days from cleared payment.   Custom and/or bulk orders may have additional lead time.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Delivery times vary based on the class of shipping chosen at checkout.  Packages are shipped from Ohio through USPS.  USPS estimates domestic delivery times as follows:

Economy/Retail Ground: 1-8 business days

First Class: 1-3 business days

Priority: 1-3 business days

Priority Express: 1 day

Will I receive a tracking number?

Tracking information is provided at time of shipment on all orders (except those with Economy/Retail Ground Class shipping).

Is there insurance on my package?

Orders of $100.00+ and/or have chosen Priority or Priority Express Shipping will include insurance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  (As long as customs allows the item of interest into your country. )  Bling Sparkle Shine Ltd. ships from Ohio, USA.  Please contact me for an estimate on shipping cost to your specific location.

What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

Should your package arrive damaged, please take photos of the packaging (before opening) as well as the contents and contact me immediately.  Please keep all packaging and contents as they may be needed to file a claim with USPS.  Please note: Claims must be made within 2 days of marked delivery.

What if I haven’t received my package? 

Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframes based on shipping class.  High volume during holiday shipping may delay arrival.   Please use the tracking information provided.  If tracking states package delivered and it was not received, please contact your local post office (as well as Bling Sparkle Shine Ltd.) as soon as possible.
